- 1 tablespoon olive oil (For coating the chicken)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt (Or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (Freshly ground if possible)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (Halved)
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella (Sliced into 4 to 8 pieces)

- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (For serving)
Instructions

- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8 minutes.
- Flip the chicken, top each piece with tomato halves and mozzarella slices, then air fry for 4 to 7 minutes more, until the chicken reaches 165°F in the thickest part and the cheese is melted.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate and rest for 3 minutes.
- Top with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
