- 12 pieces mushroom caps (medium size, cleaned and stems removed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
- 0.5 teaspoons salt (to taste)
- 0.25 teaspoons black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
- 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushroom caps and remove the stems.
- Brush the mushroom caps with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the mushroom caps in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cap side up.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and slightly browned.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
