Ingredients
- 5 medium peaches (pitted and sliced)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (divided)
- 1 2/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 8 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for about 3 minutes. Lightly grease a 6-inch air fryer-safe baking dish or small oval pan.
- In a bowl, toss the peach slices with granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Spread the peaches in the prepared dish.
- In another bowl, stir together the oats, flour, brown sugar, remaining cinnamon, and salt. Add the melted butter and mix until the topping looks crumbly. Stir in the pecans, if using.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches, pressing lightly in a few spots so it clings together but still stays crumbly.
- Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F for 16 to 18 minutes, until the peaches are bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
- Let the crisp rest for 10 minutes before serving so the filling thickens slightly. Serve warm on its own or with vanilla ice cream.
Tips
Please verify the final air fryer timing and temperature against the specific basket/oven model and the size of the baking dish used.
