Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey (preferably lean)
- 1 clove garlic clove (minced)
- 0.25 cup onion (finely chopped)
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the patties and let them rest for 3 minutes before serving.
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings and condiments.
